Unenforceable nonsense, in my opinion. It is a parents job to make sure their child isn’t online all the time.

    I wish the state would stay out of our last frontier free from them.

    Growing up online in the 90s, it was amazing.

    Social media is the only difference with modern generations, and why laws should be made to kick corporations off the Internet so they can stop manipulating children with algorithms designed to sell depression and Nike.

    This is unenforceable. The only way to age gate is with a credit card but by doing that you are silencing the voice of the poorest. This will blow up in their faces.

    I’m so glad that there was no internet here until I was in my teens. I don’t envy kids having to grow up with it being foisted on them the way it is currently. This is one of those times that I think the state has a responsibility.
