I wonder if that carousel is actually space efficient. Like if you just made a setup on the same space, provided some verticality, is it going to store more?
The point of the carousel is to have it computer controlled for easy finding. Zack was talking about having a system where he could locate items using RGB strips and gridfinity. The carousel just adds another dimension to use more vertical space.
I think it’s more for the neat factor than anything. It’d be a cool spice rack if mounted on a wall in a pantry.
