I mean, they’re not called International Personal Machines, are they? The server-terminal system worked well for a large organisation, and it’s not far away from how many companies still do things.
That’s some real tinfoil hat stuff, to be honest. If Google did pull something like that, I could always just create an account the old fashioned way.
This may hurt some feelings, but I trust Google more than some FOSS password manager. Besides, I log into pretty much everything with my Google account anyway.
Yes, why wouldn’t we?
Doesn’t PC just mean personal computer though?
I’ve got no idea what you’re talking about here.

Never have I decided to read poetry, not once.
This thread is hilarious.
Oh man, that doesn’t say anything good about poetry in general, where something that, by definition, has no imagination and cannot come up with something original, outdoes you.
I think people have mostly given up on that, going from the posts I’ve seen. Like how most people will admit Linux isn’t for everyone.
It sounds like US sanctions and other trade measures against China are really starting to bite.
I very much doubt they will ever invade Taiwan, the resulting sanctions would destroy their economy.
And most of them are in this thread.
Android in general has it, not just you.
