i agree, they do deliver pretty good researched articles. it’s the only news site that gets monthly donations from me, and i’m not even interested in podcasts
“fuck the overwhelming majority of russians” doesn’t have the same ring to it.
Fury Unleashed 2,92€ instead of 19,50€.
Metroidvania with roguelike elements and metaprogression. Graphics are timeless (the game plays inside of a comic book, which is a nice change), very tight gameplay, tons of weapons and cool bosses.
Smooth working 2-Player-Coop!
Jupiter Hell, 8,39€ instead of 20,99€.
Spiritual successor to DoomRL. a turnbased roguelike that doesn’t feel turnbased, with smooth animation and fast gameplay. 3 different classes with a lot of gamechanging perks, tons of guns and heaps of demons, what else could someone want?
My Plex share doesn’t care lol
The way the industry is pulling the screws tighter and tighter is just ugly to watch, and it’s hard not to be caught out.

i referred to this part of your post - the addon does not add filter lists but skips GDPR Cookie dialogs by denying all. you can install it from addons.mozilla.org
please use “I still don’t care about cookies”, the original one has been bought by Avast, who in turn belong to Gen Digital, owner of AVG, Norton and Avira - not the most trustworthy names anymore.
googles search results got so bad in the last few months that i switched to a searXNG instance and couldn’t be happier at the moment. no profit incentive, so i get no-bullshit results. they can keep their SEO-infested AI garbage results.
sheesh, you are quite aggressive, i did not want to offend. and as i said, i don’t mind it, i even posted the archivelink, for which you thanked me. check your target before firing, mate :-)
(also, theres always firefox mobile. can apple users use it with addons/firefox browser engine now? i don’t follow apple development actively)
I have the theory that archive.is, waybackmachine and 12ft.io are no secret anymore, and that just posting “paywalled” comes across as too lazy to copy/paste or (a lot easier) to use this addon to reduce the work to a click. i dont mind, but i can understand why others might see it that way
yeah, after helping the 3rd guy with moving his gaming rig (those big towers were not lightweight too, some of them were heavy like they were made of lead) to the LAN i normally tapped out and let the others cover the rest.
Just went to ko-fi too, i use lemmy daily and i love this instance & the admins here, and thats worth a few bucks a month
5G (“Connected Cars” for lower insurance rates have been a thing in central europe for over 20 years) and Wifi.
he lures all bots from the net into Xitter, and then shuts it down!
i’m all for full transparency regarding all police activity - i’m not for full realtime transparency regarding all police activity.
active shooter scenarios, violent crimes and everything that invites rubbernecking (read: situations where MORE people are a bad idea, which is most police/ambulance business) should probably not attract people; a 24h delay for release would be enough tho.
my inner cynic already tells me - without searching - that noone thought about automatically releasing the info after a delay. :-(
Grim Dawn (currently playing Community Season 7! check it out @ https://grimdawnleague.com/, Dead Cells and Terraria (and most of that time unmodded - i just love building cozy or not so cozy homes).
