Winter is coming. Any plans?

    I’ve just been letting the current plants finish up.

    A few of the mini pumpkins ripened and withered off the vine, plus a less ripe one (plant got too dry and partially died) that I’m giving some time on the windowsill. The ones still attached have been left until they’re ripened or the plants die.

    All of the pumpkin plants of the different variety got literally eaten, probably by rats, which is a shame. The little tomatoes are still gamely producing and will probably have to be pulled up.

    I’m really slowing down so if I do anything will probably just shove some pea seeds directly into the empty pots to replenish nitrogen over the winter. No stakes, leave them be, and use multiple seeds in each pot so maybe a few might survive.
