Dude straight up bragged that if he finds someone attractive, he sexually assaults them, then used the absolutely unhinged defense that he was apparently in a locker room when he made that confession, so you aren’t allowed to use it against him?
Just as an aside, the 'locker room talk’s defense is that men straight up lie for clout in locker rooms. It’s not the location so much as the expectation that men are bullshitting to impress other men.
Not saying it’s a valid excuse, it’s just not location dependent.
Totally get it, in the locker room at the local ymca I was talking about how to rape women, how to pick a target least likely to report, where to be the best roofies, etc.
