This got me to find a stream for The Thick of It, and one minute in Peter Capaldi has already called someone “useless as a marzipan dildo”. Thank you for this gift.
Oh that show is wonderful if you like angry swearing, Malcolm Tucker is a master. After the show they made a film called ‘In The Loop,’ it’s more of Malcolm and one of James Gabdolfini’s last roles (he’s an American General and kills it).
“You may think that’s a hell of a long time. Personally, I think that’s a hell of a bird.”
If Steven Moffat had written Cause and Effect, it would have skipped to the crew escaping the time loop with no explanation; and if you asked him how they got out of it, he’d just laugh at you for caring.
