Consistently posting about it on the Internet full time since summer of 2015, when I telephoned the Pentagon about the Russian information warfare. That is not reactionary thinking, that is strategic defense thinking. Alas, in the “War Against Reality” that Russia launched on the WWW, people are unable to resist mockery and mocking.
