Probably not. If those are tied to accounts then people could use password resets to get access, and that might be something Google might want to avoid getting involved in.
I just got the notice on my recovery email account. Kind of pissed they are excluding accounts attached to YouTube. I know why they are excluding and I know it benefits most people because of all those classics on YouTube, but I have one that Google has artificially locked me out of because even though I know the password and have access to the recovery email, that’s not enough without the stupid phone number I no longer have 🙃
Wish I could delete it since YouTube won’t let me in and has no way of contacting them.
Yes! I have an old YouTube account that I can’t access and just want to delete, guess it’s stuck there forever
