    I mean that sort of thing is already a thing. For some cancers will will insert radioactive beads e.g. lover cancer (HCC)

      There is a lot of research going on into injectable alpha emittors. Which is less agressive than putting a radioactive bead at the end of a needle.

      I hope to see it real in like a decade
