WeChat is literally just as bad tho.

Agreeing the USA sucks isn’t hard too swallow.
Soon to be neater, with the official memory fan, more drive caddys, and an extra DHCP/DNS server.
The future of windows is /dev/null
I’m happy with my Gigabit Switch with 4 SFP modules :3
(Got that two months too early for christmas tho)
Maybe most smaller ones have hosted both things separately, e.g… with a dedicated minecraft server hoster and a common website-building+hosting service, and don’t want to run an extra server for a proxy just for this.
With bigger servers (eg. Hypixel, 2b2t) or selfhosted servers (eg. mine), everything is on the same physical (or virtual) machine anyway and therefore everything has the same address, so you wouldn’t even need a proxy.
Why is there a star as the thumbnail? I believe they wanted to make it a 💩 emoji.
So you use your PC or console for only a year?
Reminder that you can put in whatever you want in a PC. And that you can get a decent gaming machine for 1k (700+PS plus).
CD Drive? No problem. DVD? Of course. Another SSD? Get some random 50$ thing and throw it in there. Floppy? Harvest some old PC and voila.
Eg. Win 11 Pro for 2.50€ on ebay: https://www.ebay.de/p/19050631214?srsltid=AfmBOook-yutx-hgGiGWbvK_E1Mga5mSAKvwaZpBy_vfhgaWPWYtxcCY
Windows 11 Pro, doesn’t matter if it’s just the License or with USB, officially costs 259€. Which is ~289 USD.

And even for the US, it’s 200$.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/d/windows-11-pro/dg7gmgf0d8h4/000P
This is just the official price. Of course, you’ll almost always get free Win 11 Home with new computers, or a Volume License for 10€ from ebay, or you just don’t activate it. But the official price by M$ is 259€/200$. Which kinda means they think it is worth that much, and it would be justified to charge germans almost 300 USD for “an advertisement delivery platform strapped to a program loader”.
Well yeah. Imagine for a 250$ “Operating system” to take weeks until it performs the same as a FOSS OS.
Edit: 259€.
Same (but arch btw). It uses the existing Let’s Encrypt certificate from certbot --nginx. I did everything possible advised by mxtoolbox (Blocklists, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, LIGMA and whatnot). Some things are hard or impossible, but not really needed, like reverse dns or DNS SOA.
