Demand better from the devs. And seeks out games that work on linux. There are plenty of them.
I installed Linux Mint a few days ago. It’s been great so far.
There’s a demo on the PC which I really enjoyed. But, I didn’t get any Zelda vibes, besides the graphics.
There are way too many games out there for me to care anymore. Once i build my new PC, its Linux only. If it doesn’t run on Linux, I don’t need to play it.
One thing I will also suggest is looking into https://home.tdarr.io/. It’s software that will re-encode your media to h265, saving you a lot of space. I just set it up on my synology NAS because I am at 80% storage and don’t feel like buying another drive yet.
This might eventually help us understand how to extend human lives.

It’s a great app. Works really well with android auto, which is how I consume most of my audiobooks.
I think you line of thinking just convinced me to go with bambu. If it starts sucking in a few years, voron or ratrig will have grown even more and I’ll build one of those.
By complexity I mean plug-and-play. But, I guess it’s not a valid assumption I made.
YT shorts is garbage. It will show the same videos to me over and over again.

Do you use koreader? I primarily want to be able to switch between reading on my phone and my kobo.
I don’t play anything multi-player so it’s not an issue. And I have to little time to play single player games I can simply ignore stuff that’s not compatible.
As far as VR, I am holding out hope that valve will make a Quest like VR headset.
