It’s not that sad. That shit was relentlessly exploited to manipulate people into supporting unjust oil wars.
Don’t eat meat and it won’t be an issue, you silly maroons!
That suit is incredibly bad ass, I’m honestly awestruck (and a little jelly). I could never get away with that!
The problem is there seems to be a group of career Military bureaucrats and private contractors who are working on something they are not willing to share with Congress and diverting budget money to fund their little side project.
Maybe it’s aliens? I have my doubts, but whatever is happening is outside the law and needs to be rooted out. These people were not elected and don’t get to decide what Congress can and cannot have access to.
C00kies!

This is how it’s done.
As an US citizen, I pretty much count on EU regulations to protect me since my own government is too rife with fascist agitators and oligarchs to respond to the needs of the people.
They say pretty clearly in their Twatter post that they are not the IP holders and the episode is for research only, so I seriously doubt Trey and Matt will care.
Likely worst case they get a cease and desist to take it down, so they do.
I read an essay where the author argued that in the first few seasons, the GRR Martin material, World events happened and the characters were forced to adapt and react.
Once the television writers took over, the dynamic flipped so characters’ actions forced the World itself to change and react, which is apparently how most television writing works since television writing revolves mostly around characters.
That’s a pretty inelegant way to explain it, sorry, but I think the idea feels pretty accurate to me. There is a definite point where you can tell when the staff writers have to start plotting for themselves.
I’m not trying to insult anyone’s intelligence, I’m just being playful.
I have a million down votes b/c some weirdo went through my comments with a bot or something and brigaded me.
