They share similarities for sure. I’ve not used it though. I know unraid offers a 30 day testing license. Not sure about the others.
If all you’re doing is plex and a minecraft server, look into proxmox or unraid.
Unraid is paid but very noob friendly compared to most others. It’s also very flexible hardware wise.
The older I get, the more becoming a robot tiger seems like as good a retirement plan as I’m gonna get.
The question is, at that price can you really afford not to?
Digital zoom is just cropping and enlarging. You’re not actually changing any of the data. There may be enhancement applied to the enlarged image afterwards but that’s a separate process.
Make that a sample size of two. I wanted a tesla as soon as my current car gives out but I won’t go anywhere near them now because of Musk. I know there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism but giving money to Musk is a bridge too far for me.
I still hope SpaceX succeeds despite him though.
They’ve removed plenty of games. At least so far, there’s always been notice a few weeks before they leave and the game remains in the store for purchase.
I’ve actually bought a few games on steam because I could try them on gamepass. No man’s sky, last call bbs, and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night come immediately to mind.
I have gamepass and it’s fine. Large library, no penalty for choosing a stinker means I can experiment with games I wouldn’t have before, and I can still buy games if I want. I think that’s a reasonable middle ground that benefits everyone to some degree.
It looks weird but no worse than any other truck. Anyone that tells you an F150 is aesthetically pleasing is full of shit.
This is exactly why Stadia failed. I honestly think if it was a service like Gamepass Ultimate where the games come with the sub, it would’ve been a success. Spending $60 on a game I can only play via Google’s service though? Fuck no. Never. Not in a million years.
If anyone hasn’t watched the documentary yet, I highly recommend it just for the recurring sight-gag. It killed me, every time.
What is that? A character in Act 2?
It’s not just that. If the Pi Foundation has to make a choice between fulfilling an order for 100 pis for a company so that the company can keep making products and meeting payroll vs. 100 hobbyists that want to make their own one-off project, which is the more moral use of resources?
Yeah, those companies should probably not have chosen a pi board to power their products but that’s only noticeable in hindsight.
The guy is a software engineer that was super into Second Life. I’m guessing he’s seen his share of forums.
Still useful, and possibly opens the door to a new branch of research using similar methods which might result in even more discoveries in the future.
Even if this turns out to be a complete nothingburger then as long as there wasn’t any fraud involved, it’s still useful for the future.
I didn’t notice any improvement. I’m running a RTX3070 with a Ryzen 5 3600x at 4k/medium. Especially in the last realm, my framerates are barely hitting 30. Even in Ward 13, I have rates as low as mid 20s from time to time. The game is fun but for my configuration at least, the performance is super uneven.
I’m sorry but all of these doom and gloom comments are insufferable.
A. The raspberry pis that you have known and loved are all still around and, considering inflation, cheaper than ever. If you’re complaining about prices, stop buying from scalpers!
B. All this talk of enshittification and decline is purely and 100% speculative. You are acting like your catastrophic fears are a forgone conclusion when they’re, at best, a guess.
