Not exactly. I’m eating snacks and such that have more dietary fibre and protein, less sugar and such.
Some of the crackers I snack on look like corrugated cardboard. Definitely taste better though.
A big thing has been removing pop and sugary snacks. I make my own trail mix and snack on that a lot, too.
For someone with zero experience (meeeeee!!!), which would you recommend?
I’m not an idiot but I have no idea where to even begin. I have a 3D printer and I will need to make small, somewhat simple parts for a couple of projects I’m working on.
