To all the people that say hate speach should be banned, this is the inevitable outcome. Hate speech laws will be used by our morally bankrupt politicians to persecute opposition and protect and enrich themselves.

Reddit has edited content, that IMO opens them up this. Once they start removing legal but undesirable content they are tacitly approving the content they haven’t removed.

This is how you wash federal money and turn it into campaign donations. There is no way our politicians will turn off that spigot.

Things have cost, the expensive community college, ~5k for a full year, has to pay their teachers. There’s not not some huge profit grab.

You choosing to forgo medical care, or higher learning is your choice, you still have access to it. You may be one of the bottom 1%, where being a barely literate peasant is an improvement on your life.

This notion that medevil peasants worked less and were somehow better off is ridiculous. I’d gladly work an extra 20 hours a week for indoor plumbing, electricity, cars, cell phones, modern medical care, education, lack of dragons,…

I have 4 kids, vans or suvs are my only option. I got my explorer new for 24k. It was the cheapest vehicle with 3 rows and room for luggage in the back. I miss driving a car, but for the next decade I need a kid hauler.

Musk controlling it is slightly better than governments controlling it, but governments controlling communication assets doesn’t get the rage clicks musk does.
