AI isn’t the threat to the web that this article makes it. The threat that we currently face is another round of COPPA and forced personal identification for accessing the internet under the guise of ‘protecting the children’.
I do like some intellectual stimulation and will hold contrarian views just to test the waters of my own understanding or to test yours. I don’t always believe the things I say online. I want you, AND me to understand the world around us better.

Yes but Microsoft learned once you start lining the pockets of the right people, nothing happens to you!
Proton Pass is a password manager? I’m failing to see why it has anything to do with a web service that you’re running. You should be asking in support for Proton Pass.
I mean, this is what the internet started out as; and I think we’re slowly coming back around to it.
Anyone wanna join my webring? I mean…uhh…my fediverse? Or whatever?
The two I’ve seen so far are “Nuzu” and Suyu" - if Suyu has the proper structure set up so that Nintendo can’t get at them, I think that’s the name I’d prefer; but otherwise it just feels like people looking to get some cheap fame.
If either of these projects has an owner with a history of contributing to the Yuzu project, I think that’s the one that’ll succeed.
As soon as it gets done downloading, I’ll make sure it’s set to seed for a couple of weeks. A few good forks are starting to spring up as of late, so I don’t think this will be needed in the long run.
I use Windscribe because it’s $1/mo and I don’t care. I don’t use their software, I use the vanilla Wireguard client, and have my qBittorrent connect through that interface only.
Yuzu actually even took steps to make the emulator NOT run pirated versions of the new Mario game before it officially released. I ran it on Ryujinx like a week ahead of its release date, but Yuzu literally refused. They insta-banned anyone who talked about it.
Oh yay, another game that looks like it was made in the 90s…
Stop using the slicer for part modification would be my advice. Sure, it CAN be done - but you’re running into the reason most people don’t.
Most slicers will allow you to drop the part below the build plate and cut that area off though. That’s about the extent that I would trust the slicer to modify it.
Fair.
Remote HTTPS connections through stremio are going to need some sort of certificate; it’s likely you’ll have to run a reverse proxy through caddy or something to let people easily access it from the outside.
For friends - I set them up a user on jellyfin and point them at media.mydomain.com and they get … essentially a netflix interface. I tell them their username and password, and they just use it like plex/netflix.
How does stremio compare vs running your own jellyfin/radarr/sonarr locally? I only pay $1/month for a VPN to torrent public torrents, and anything I want I can find pretty easy.
And yeah, I believe remote https connection can be streamed outwards to WAN.
When you delete your account and posts now, unless you edit them first, all deleting them does is hide their visibility in the database. The post is still there.
Honestly, they could also galvanically protect the stainless surface with a sacrificial anode.
I mean, the delorean was made out of stainless steel. It has been done in the past successfully.
Those places are great for 3D printing, but not really for blender stuff. Blender CAN do 3D printing, and manifold, watertight meshes, but it’s usually used for stuff far more ‘3d rendering’ than that.
Literally a google search away. Millions upon millions of free assets available out there.
The author’s account had over 100,000 followers and was around 14 years old, he said
Well there’s your problem, it’s 14 so Daddy Musk started taking an interest in fucking it.
Why would you download a “pirated” copy? Just download the dumbass Windows official installer from Microsoft and use the link Ardi60 posted. There’s no reason to needlessly get yourself root-kitted because you were downloading an OS that doesn’t even need to be cracked in order to install.
Out of all the advertising they could do, at least this is somewhat unobtrusive. If they had this instead of preroll ads, I’d actually be okay with it.
