oh man, i stopped playing rust due to the toxic atmosphere, it’s disgusting. used to run a few servers and it turned into a shitshow. didn’t even know it was available on linux actually.

could be a simple hot spot cell backup, like for reporting network outage, remoting in to certain devices, etc. essentially a secondary ISP to report on main isp and troubleshoot. especially if you have smart devices you could reboot remotely.

not in this case. old laptops had WAY too many ports. and when was the last time you even put a disc in a laptop? I need 1 USB a and all the rest can be USB c and that’s it. power, data, video, all USB c. the USB a is only for my convenience, I have an adapter. simple, thinner, better.
