Pretty much what it sounds like, where people who listen to a certain type/sound of music tend to enjoy it at live events by just low key looking down and slowly shuffling or bobbing their head to show their appreciation (rather than headbanging, moshing, etc.) there is a genre called ‘shoegaze’ which pretty much encompasses this kinda scene.

You can kinda see a wooden step on the LHS between the support poles, and based on them all not sliding into the centre there must be some sort of seating welded inside (although hard to see if there are any weld heat marks in the quality of the photo). So there probably is a good spot to step either side of the lip if you hold the chains while entering/exiting.

Yes ads revenue itself but also Data. Lots and lots of data to sell to advertisers to build profiles on what people are into and how they interact with following their hobbies and interests across subreddits.
But i agree that theres not too far to go after that.

Agreed, also i like to stack my bag very methodically with heavier and more sturdy items at the bottom, cold things together, interlock and tetris everything so the bag has its own integrity and doesnt collapse and spill items out into the car after a corner.
Yes i know the checkout person also stacks in a similar fashion but they are paid the slap it through and into a bag as fast as possible to serve the next customer and i dont mind sacrificing an extra 15seconds of my day over the bag stacking operation to do it right.

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. I just thought that i can use contactless pay with my phone if its unlocked just by tapping the eftpos machine but i suppose people wouldnt be putting their phones in there unlocked generally.

So im no tech expert but a couple issues i see off the bat:

• relying on a mechanism to pull in and spit out your phone seems ripe for a failure where the phone gets jammed/caught/sterliser breaks mid-operation and your phone is stuck. Maybe instead have a shelf that you put you phone on and then a cover just swings/drops over it but you can physically just lift the cover up to remove the phone.
• entry slot is in the surface of the bench, directly next to the sink, where any overflow or splashing will have water drop directly down into steriliser and phone.
• having a device in a public place (with no cameras, because bathroom) is a perfect place for someone malicious to affix a NFC (or similar tech) scanner to read data from/send data to your phone.

I feel like like the potential for being exposed as a chastity cage user might actually be a plus for some users
